which tells me its on the keyboard itself.I reset the bios first to default settings, then to factory settings...both no success. I then plugged the wireless keyboard into my wife's older Dell laptop using yet another MX 21.3 live USB...same problem. I am going to order another Logitech wireless keyboard from Amazon. I will leave this open until I receive it (probably ~a week) and test it out to see if that fixes the problem.
