I would like to know if I am likely to run into problems if I install SBCL using the following directions for Debian 12 using APT.

In today's climate: Sooner or later all Linux distro's will need to adapt some sort of Secure Boot IMO. This one doesn't need a key from M$. I would like for the developers here to adopt SBCL if it is feasible.
I don't see what a Lisp compiler has to do with secure booting. Perhaps you meant to link to https://wiki.debian.org/SecureBoot instead.
