In a nutshell: They're independent , so you don't "have to" remove any others when installing a new one. Also you can install that (and many others) with 2 clicks (just tick the one you like) in MXPI the initial tab.

P.S. But since 5.10.0-29 particularly is known to be problematic it'll be good to remove that one. You can then purge the Nvidia driver (then reinstall if you like only). As you might already know: "MX Cleanup" is simple to use to remove unwanted kernels (when booted with any other kernel).
