A QSI ( Quick System Information) will help to determine what that computer is and what it can do...
however... usually... win10 will required AT LEAST 4gb of ram, so attempting to run win10 in a VM with 2gb ram.. is going to be painful. ( If you could get 8gb of ram into that Dell, and use 4 to 6 for a VM for windows - you might have a chance. )
It also might be worthwhile to attempt to run anbox ( adnroid simulator ) and get that application working ?
