This is brand new install of 23.5, I've noticed from time to time that some desktop launcher is not clickable and when you hover the mouse over it, it did not change to hand, it seems concentrate mainly in the center of the screen, but it can be anywhere. Is this a bug or I missed something here? Is there a way to fix this? I've also noticed that display brightness can't be saved (clicked on the save button, but next time you open it, it's still 100%.
