I think you've made your mind up to not like this, fair enough... I did take the time to make an 87 minute long Video to help people get started because I knew there would be a learning curve but you can't make a Video before you release something out into the wild and have the answer for every possible question and the locale issue got missed but you could have also simply asked here "How do I install a new locale on the new AV Linux?" right off the hop.. Pretty much everything in Enlightenment (like most other Desktop Environments) has a right-click menu... Right clicking on the terminal opens up all of it's settings, that stuff really isn't that odd or impossible to figure out..
Since I am essentially a one-person show I try and support one version (the most recent) at a time, my VPS that hosts the ISO files and my donated mirror are both 20 Gigabytes so I try and leave room for future development ISO's and keep only the most recent release on there but I'm not some heartless sadist so I will upload the previous 21.3 version overnight tonight (I have slow rural internet). I will post a reply in this thread (tomorrow morning in my time zone) once it is completely uploaded..
