Hello again.
I have executed MX Fix GPG Keys but it doesn´t make changes, it doesn´t find errors...
I think the issue can be with protonvpn. Maybe because of try to install anything with the MX Package Manager with the Proton APP working at the same time.
I solved this by following this and only this steps:

1-Setup the Kill Switch from "Permanent" to "On", if it was not.
2-Exit from the Proton APP.
3-Execute the MX Package Manager and install the new kernel.
4-Execute the LIVE USB kernel updater and follow the instructions...
So you are saying you solved the GPG signature error:

Code:

Err:5 https://repo.protonvpn.com/debian stable InRelease The following signatures could not be verified because their public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 4EDE055B645F044FReading package list...W: GPG error: https://repo.protonvpn.com/debian stable InRelease: The following signatures could not be verified because their public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 4EDE055B645F044FE: The repository “https://repo.protonvpn.com/debian stable InRelease” is not signed.
by just turning off the VPN?
That's indeed rather unusual, b/c the signature check by apt is done, on the local file system,
where no network is involved.
Suggest, to post the full QSI "Quick System Info", as indicated at the top of the forum page,
so we may see what else is involved besides the enabled repos.
Thanks
