Seems not to be a debian dkms package of that rtl88-driver, right? And you get it from somewhere? However, the upgrade is not successful and I get dkms error. I'm attaching the errors belowCode:
Error! Could not locate dkms.conf file.File: /var/lib/dkms/rtl88x2bu/5.13.1/source/dkms.conf does not exist.dkms: autoinstall for kernel: 6.1.0-18-amd64 failed!
One way maybe to get it fixed,
to completly remove the rtl88x2bu installed driver.
Upgrade the kernel and and try again to re-install the rtl-driver again.
In case that does not help,
one way to troubleshoot would be to provide the way you have installed the rtl driver.
Maybe something wrong with the installation procedure.
