MX Help • No internal microphone on laptop

Good afternoon,
since the very beginning I didn't have sound or microphone working on this laptop.
With the MX23 release I finally got sound working - albeit a bit of volume issue, BUT the internal microphone is not working.

I only got one thing to choose from
"microphone on headset (unplugged)"
nothing else to select - and I never had something plugged in, except an USB mouse

I'm open to suggestions ;)
