MX Help • recomendation to create virtual environment in Python with Python 3.12

I have an app which requires Python 3.12, I assume the recommended way is to create a Python virtual environment (venv), my current installed Python is 3.11, and according to the documentation, the venv I'm creating will have the same version of command I'm using (which is 3.11). Is this the way to do it?
1) create venv using Python 3.11
2) using pip to install Python 3.12? If so, is it possible to remove Python 3.11? how?
